Seeing Machines is a computer vision technology company that creates world class intellectual property which is commercially relevant and viable. That technology is then delivered to a variety of OEM and market opportunities. Our business model is based on generating licensing and royalty revenue from businesses and OEM opportunities that embrace/embed our offering in their own products and product families. Our technology platform is based on world-leading computer vision processing technologies that allow machines to see and track human faces and moving objects. These technologies enable the development of important new products and applications, ranging from devices that manage eye disease and prevent loss of eyesight to those that help improve road safety and save lives. The company’s focus is on deploying its computer vision technologies, worldwide, in:

• Human performance measurement through our faceLAB® product; and
• Vision testing devices for healthcare markets through our TrueField® Analyzer product;
• Driver safety products for automotive and other transport markets.
• New products in a range of markets including sports, entertainment, robotics and security through our API product.
