Screen Based Research

General Eyetracking

faceLAB is the ideal system for screen based eye tracking offering users the flexibility to perform studies presented on standard displays, projector displays, data walls, dynamic scenes, and even multiple displays simultaneously. Use faceLAB with the new EyeWorks™ analysis suite to measure and visualize human response as subjects view and interact with image slideshows, digital videos, websites, games, or advertising content. EyeWorks™ plugs natively into faceLAB, and provides comprehensive features that cover experiments from start to finish: design, recording, visualization, analysis and reporting.

Simple Study Design

Design your studies in minutes using our straightforward study design tool. Create a range of moderator scripts containing any mixture or number of stimuli whether it be static images and slideshows, digital video, Scene Camera footage, web tasks, or text based instructions and questions.

Experiment Recording

Record high quality synchronized digital video for viewing real time or as a replay. Quick and easy time synchronization and eye data overlay gives you the ability to observe exactly where your subjects are looking in real-time, as they view the presented stimulus. You can also choose to record mouse behavior, key presses, desktop scenes and other interaction data.

Data Visualization

Generate meaningful data visualizations instantly and effortlessly. Measure and interpret hotspots and subject attention using our selection of our visualization options including heatmaps, gaze fixation maps, bee swarms, and gaze scan replay.

Analysis and Reporting

If you prefer to work in your own environment, faceLAB’s raw data can be exported into MatLab, Excel, SPSS or any other stats package, allowing you to compute statistics based on individual or population data, generate plots and graphs, and also to perform area of interest analysis.
