Mike McAuliffe serves as Chief Executive Officer of Seeing Machines and is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of growing the business and serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mike was appointed CEO in May 2017 after joining the company in September 2016 to run the Automotive business. He is leading Seeing Machines’ strategy to deliver on the large market opportunity for its proprietary computer vision platform, eye-tracking and driver monitoring technology across the core transport verticals like Fleet and Automotive as well as new market opportunities.
Mike has over 2 decades of senior management experience in successfully building an array of global private and public high technology businesses in the semiconductor, embedded software and electronics industry – from start-ups to global public corporations with extensive M&A experience.
Prior to joining Seeing Machines, he was CEO of Powervation, a Digital Power Processor company which he helped build from start-up to a market segment leader which was acquired by Rohm Semi (2015) where he spent a year leading their global digital power business. Prior to this, Mike held various executive management roles at Pulse, all over the globe, where he helped grow the company to a $1B market leader. Earlier he worked in semiconductor marketing and design for Texas Instruments and NXP.
Mike earned degrees from Henley Management College (MBA) and University College Cork (B.Eng) and is a graduate of Harvard Business School (AMP).
